Shannon is incredible! I have been using the Chasing Tails service for almost a year now and cannot say how much I appreciate all they do for us. They are always accommodating and flexible, even with last minute requests for changes in our regular schedule, which unfortunately happens more often than I would like.

Wrigley is always excited to see Shannon who takes excellent care of her. She is so good with her and always lets us know as soon as possible if she has any concerns. What I love most about Chasing Tails is that they send me a text after the walk with notes about what was done during the scheduled time. These always make me smile and always help alleviate the guilt of having to leave my pup at home all day.

Shannon is amazing. Very professional, reliable and really cares about animals. She has been walking our dogs for a while now and she has pet sat multiple times. When we go away we feel very comfortable leaving our doggies with Shannon because we know they are in good hands. Highly recommended!

I have never tried a walking service for my dogs, so I finally gave it a shot and I love this company! I have one dog that is not the friendliest, but Shannon is very professional and knows how to handle him. My other dog is an older gal that needs more exercise and I love how Shannon is starting slow with her. Now my dogs look forward to walks with her. Shannon is very professional and I definitely recommend her.

I cannot say how pleased and comforted I am to have Shannon be apart of my life.  I have been using her services for about 5 months and traveling offten. Leaving my home and dog has been stressful in the past. She has acceded my expectations in handling my very large, elderly,  and dog aggressive dog Molly. Along with some behavioral issues I also live in an apartment which is not the ideal home with a yard setting.  Molly loves her and my life would not be the same. I highly recommend her and her services!
